A hoax has been circulated telling people to remove a file from their machines. This file is SULFNBK.EXE. It resides, in some versions of windows, at C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND. It is used in interpreting long file names.
If your version has it you want this file. If your version of windows does not have it you do not need this file. It is this simple.
If, as a result of one of these E-mails, you deleted this file from your system, simply CLICK HERE. You will be presented with a dialogue window to save the file to your disk.
Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND and save the file in this folder - the folder from which it was deleted.

Description: Atomic Clock connects, through your internet connection, to time servers operated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in the United States. It compares your computer's system time to the server's (operated by NIST). The program will then display the difference between your system and the server's. If the difference is greater than 15 seconds it will present you with the option of adjusting your system time by the displayed amount.

Once you have downloaded atomic.exe click on the file to launch the automatic, self install routine. You will need to restart your computer and connect to the Internet for this utility to work.
